911 Program Office

The 911 Program Office is a division of King County Information Technology. This team is responsible for deploying and maintaining the technical infrastructure that enables 911 call service, providing public education and training as to the proper use of 911 services, administering the 911 excise tax fund, engaging with law makers at the local, state, and federal level, and supporting the 11 Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) serving the community members and visitors of King County.
