Animal Care and Control Report of Complaint or Problem

Filing a complaint form is only the first step in the process. Read tips about communicating with the pet owner before you send the complaint.

Complaint submittal options:

1. Download, save as Word document, fill out, and e-mail completed complaint form (DOC, 127KB) to: pets@kingcounty.gov.
2. Call 206-296-PETS (7387), extension 24, Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
3. Download, print and mail or FAX a hard-copy complaint form (DOC, 127KB) to:
