Our region’s lush forests and scenic landscapes have helped King County establish a rich tradition of parks and open space, earning it a reputation as an exceptional place to live, work, play, and raise a family. King County Parks is leading the effort to preserve wetlands and critical wildlife habitat in the region. Over the past several years we have embarked on major restoration projects that will protect thousands of acres of wetlands and open space. Learn more about how King County Parks, our partners, and thousands of volunteers are making a difference today and what you can do to help us continue these efforts.

"Giving back to Parks was a natural outgrowth of our efforts to inspire community, recreation, and better quality of life - and allowed us to honor a gifted colleague taken from us too early. Because we are a local brand, we value occasions like this when we can support our community in a real and meaningful way."
- Tamara Hills, Brooks Sports
