Levy Citizen Oversight Board Meeting Agenda
The Levy Citizen Oversight Board meets yearly to review levy funding allocations of King County Parks and recreation. This year's meetings are taking place on Thursday, September 11, Wednesday, September 17, Thursday, September 25 and if needed an optional meeting on Wednesday, October 1.

Black Diamond Natural Area
King County Parks has issued a Determination of Non-Significance for the Black Diamond Parking Lot Installation. Parking is currently occurring along the shoulders of SR-169. The new parking areas will allow safe access to both sides of the park which is bisected by SR-169. The extensive trail system in the park attracts hikers, equestrians and bicyclists. The two gravel parking lots will accommodate a total of approximately 40 automobile spaces and 10 truck and trailer spaces.
