Notice of boating hazard
Snoqualmie River

King County has identified a fallen tree and a cluster of submerged trees that has created hazardous recreational conditions along the Snoqualmie River at approximately river mile 37.2, between the Tokul Creek and Fall City boat launches. A big-leaf maple fell into the river and lies partially submerged along the southern bank of the river directly across from the Snoqualmie Falls Golf Course. Immediately upstream is a cluster of submerged trees that has snagged rafters and tubers resulting in dangerous rescues. Boaters and recreational river users are urged to portage around the site. Warning signs are posted.
