Fire marshal lifts burn ban Oct. 1, 2011
The King County Fire Marshal has lifted the Phase 1 burn ban effective at 0800 hours on Saturday, October 1, 2011. The burn ban lift has been issued in conjunction with King County Fire Chiefs' Association.  

Fire marshal calls for burn ban
King County has called a Phase 1 burn ban Effective 8 AM Monday - August 8, 2011 through Friday - September 30, 2011. This burn ban applies throughout King County in both the incorporated and unincorporated areas. 

Puget Sound Clean Air Agency lifts burn ban
The Stage 1 burn ban for King County issued on January 1 is lifted, effective at 5:00 p.m. January 4, 2011. 

Puget Sound Clean Air Agency calls burn ban
Puget Sound Clean Air Agency, King County called a Stage 1 burn ban to take effect January 1, 2011. This burn ban applies to both the incorporated and unincorporated areas on King County. Puget Sound Clean Air Agency staff will continue to monitor the situation.
