Wind Rose
Wind Rose is the King County Housing Authority's (KCHA) proposal to redevelop the site located at 4th Avenue SW and SW Roxbury Street in unincorporated King County. It is located in White Center (just south of West Seattle in King County) and is directly adjacent to the Greenbridge development.
The site is proposed for subdivision of up to six-lots for future construction of up to 80 multi-family and/or high density single-family residences with potential for a limited amount of retail / commercial use (maximum of 10,000 square feet).
The Environmental Assessment that was completed in February 2009 is available online.
