Development Condition Text

• Natural land cover shall be retained on at least 35% of the site.
• Stream buffers shall be a minimum of 150 feet for Class 1 and Class 2 streams and stream buffers shall be a minumum of 100 feet for Class 3 streams.
• King Country Surface Water Design Manual Level 2 flow control shall be applied.
