1. _The joint-access driveway serving the lots identified for development by Kindercare and McDonald's will function as a private street between the SE Wax Road curb line and the separator island between the properties. The applicant shall revise the site plan to change the first four parking stalls in order to prevent backing out into the private street at the southwest corner of the proposed McDonald's.
