Form-Based Code project schedule

  • February 10, 2009:  East Renton Form-Based Code Workshop held at Lord of Life Lutheran Church, Renton. For more information, see the Bear Creek Form-Based Code Workshop flyer (PDF*, 861KB).

  • February 11, 2009:  Bear Creek Form-Based Code Workshop held at Woodinville Water District Offices, Woodinville. For more information, see the East Renton Form-Based Code Workshop flyer (PDF*, 778KB).

  • March 31, 2009: MLK Form-Based Code Workshop held at Creston Point Apartments, Seattle. For more information, see the MLK Form-Based Code Workshop flyer (PDF*, 626KB).

  • July 2009:  Initial draft for a form-based code is available for review.  The new draft code will be presented at a meeting in each demonstration area.

  • Fall 2009 through 2010:  Area Zoning Study as part of the 2010 Comprehensive Plan to examine if new code should be implemented in demonstration areas.
