East Renton demonstration area

This Urban Form-Based Code demonstration area is located on the 'plateau' east of the City of Renton in unincorporated King County.

All of the demonstration area is within the Urban Growth Area and comprised of single-family residences with a few civic and commercial uses. The demonstration area is within the larger Potential Annexation Area for the City of Renton. The project area is served by the Four Creeks Unincorporated Area Council (external link).
