Form-Based Code project: Bear Creek demonstration area
The Rural Form-Based Code demonstration area is located in the northern portion of the Upper Bear Creek planning area, east of the City of Woodinville.
All of the demonstration area is outside of the Urban Growth Area. The project area is focused around the Cottage Lake Rural Neighborhood at the intersection of NE Woodinville-Duvall Road and Avondale Road NE. A mix of residential and larger undeveloped parcels can be found within the project area. The project area is served by the Upper Bear Creek Community Council(external link).
