Code Enforcement: Investigating building and land use code violations in unincorporated King County
Welcome to King County Code Enforcement, a function within the Department of Permitting & Environmental Review (DPER). DPER Code Enforcement officers investigate complaints of irresponsible or hazardous development that are also violations of King County Code including zoning, housing and building, shorelines, and critical areas. See code violation examples for more about the types of complaints DPER investigates, and go to code violation complaints for information on filing a complaint.
