Customer Service Center Hours
The Department of Permitting and Environmental Review is located at 35030 S.E. Douglas St., Suite 210, Snoqualmie, WA 98065-9266. Click here for map with directions.
Hours: 7:30 to 11:30 AM and 1:00 to 3:00 PM
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

All services are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Customer wait
time may vary widely depending on customer volumes.
Cashier and Reception Desk
- Cashier is available 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, (closed Wednesday) to accept payments, accept permit applications with payment that are eligible for drop-off, and provide notary services.
- Reception Desk is available 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, (closed Wednesday) to assist with checking in for prescheduled meetings and accepting drop-off materials associated with pending permit applications.

Vashon-Maury Island Customer Service
