Special Council meetings can be scheduled with a minimum of 28 hours advance notice.

NOTE: RCW 29A.04.321(6) provides an exception for elections held pursuant to a county home-rule charter, such as charter amendments, initiatives and referenda. Please contact the PAO or the Clerk if you have specific questions.

Note: This schedule does not apply to Charter amendments, because Charter §800 provides that ordinances proposing amendments to the Charter are not subject to executive veto. |
