NOTE: These permits should be applied for at least sixty (60) days prior to the event!

This permit is requested in the form of a letter. The content of the request should include the following information:

• Applicant's name, address and phone number
• The proposed purpose
• The date and time of the event
• Two (2) copies of a map showing the location of the proposed use
• A certificate of insurance naming King County as an additional insured may be required, if applicable

NOTE: If the activity is a repeat of a previous permit, the applicant only needs to call Real Estate Services at 206-296-7456. Should the location change (adding more streets, a different location, etc.), then the applicant should proceed as if this is a new application.
