From I-5 N: take EXIT 154 to I-405/WA-518/Burien/Renton, Stay right to I-405/Renton/Bellevue, I-405 EXIT 1 to WA-181/W. Valley Hwy., LEFT at light at ramp bottom onto W. Valley Hwy/SR 181, RIGHT onto SW Grady Way, LEFT onto Oakesdale Ave. SW, Building 1000 is on your right.

From SR 167 N: Head northbound under the I-405 overpass, LEFT at SW 7th St. (2nd light), LEFT onto Oakesdale Ave. SW, Building 1000 is on your left

From I-405 S: take EXIT 2 to WA-167/Auburn/Rainier Ave. S., Right onto Rainier Ave. S., LEFT onto SW 7th St., LEFT onto Oakesdale Ave. SW, Building 1000 is on your left  

From I-405 N: EXIT 1 to WA-181/W. Valley Hwy., LEFT at light at ramp bottom onto W. Valley Hwy/SR 181, RIGHT onto SW Grady Way,  LEFT onto Oakesdale Ave. SW
