Fire safety: Earthquake preparedness

The Puget Sound area had a wake-up call with the Nisqually Quake in 2001, and hopefully many of you were prepared for an earthquake.

For those of you who were not prepared, listed below are items that should be kept in a safe and dry location in the case of an emergency. These items will provide for basic survival needs and will prepare you for the 72 hours that may pass prior to receiving more than just extreme emergency existence.
