This is a continuation process of the 3 qualifying submitters from the Request for Qualification stage only. The County is seeking one developer/development team for all three properties:

  • Brooks Village - Approximately 11433 Renton Avenue South, Seattle
  • White Center Workshop - 206 SW 112th, Seattle
  • Kits Corner - Located to the north and northeast of the Puyallup Landfill—1950 S. 360th Street
