1. What is King County's Online Roster program?

King County Procurement & Contract Services Section (PCSS) solicits firms for inclusion in the King County Small Work Roster (SWR) and/or Architectural and Engineering Roster (AER). It is a web-based process; all information is submitted electronically. Projects solicited by the County under the Roster system are not advertised. The Roster is used to award contracts for Construction and Architectural and Engineering projects with estimated cost of less than $300,000 (excluding taxes).
