Contract Specialist

King County staff who manage procurements for Consultant and Construction contract solicitations are called Contract Specialists (Specialist).

Advertisements and solicitation documents always list the name of the Specialist responsible for that procurement. Contractors and consultants should direct all questions about a procurement to the assigned Specialist.
