Public Disclosure IndexThe public disclosure index provides a list of King County records and their retention schedules. These schedules give a description of the type of records unique to county agencies and provide information on how long they are retained, as well as their possible historical value. The Local Records Committee approves the index and is made up of the Washington State Archivist, a representative appointed by the state auditor, and a representative appointed by the attorney general. The Archives, Records Management and Mail Services (ARMMS) section of the Records and Licensing Services Division (RALS) maintains the public disclosure index. To make a public disclosure request please contact the King County Public Disclosure Officer, Kelli Williams at kelli.williams@kingcounty.gov or 206-263-9753.
The information in the Public Disclosure Index is undergoing revisions at this time. The current index covers schedules reviewed since 2008. More schedules will be added as they are revised and reviewed for publication.
