This Order ratifies previously adopted executive orders and executivepolicies/procedures which were in effect on November 23, 2009.

WHEREAS automatic rescission of all previously adopted executive orders and executive policies/procedures which were in effect on November 23, 2009 would not be conducive to continuity in the administration of the executive branch of King County government:

NOW THEREFORE, I, Dow Constantine, King County Executive, order that all

previously adopted executive orders and executive policies/procedures which were

in effect on November 23, 2009, are hereby ratified, confirmed and reissued effective

November 24, 2009.
