This Order ratifies previously adopted executive orders and executive policies/procedures which were in effect immediately prior to Friday, May 8, 2009.

WHEREAS automatic rescission of all previously adopted executive orders and executive policies/procedures which were in effect immediately prior to Friday, May 8, 2009would not be conducive to continuity in the administration of the executive branch of King County government:

NOW THEREFORE, I, Kurt Triplett, King County Executive, order that all

previously adopted executive orders and executive policies/procedures which were

in effect immediately prior to Friday, May 8, 2009, are hereby ratified,

confirmed, and reissued effective Friday, May 8, 2009.
