This Order ratifies previously adopted executive orders and executive policies/procedures which were in effect immediately prior to noon, Monday, January 13, 1997. WHEREAS, automatic rescission of all previously adopted executive orders and executive policies/procedures which were in effect immediately prior to noon, Monday, January 13, 1997 would not be conducive to continuity in the administration of the executive branch of King County government: NOW, THEREFORE, I, Ron Sims, King County Executive, order that all previously adopted executive orders and executive policies/procedures which were in effect immediately prior to noon, Monday, January 13, 1997, are hereby ratified, confirmed, and reissued effective noon, Monday, January 13, 1997. /s/ Ron Sims, King County Executive ATTEST: /s/ Juliette D.
