Product and Vendor Contract Complete via RFP Process

Deployment Phase 1 – Replace Core Ring 2, and install (CPE’s) customer premise equipment at King County connected sites for pilot testing. Field and pilot test using load generation capabilities (ECPA) of the CPE devices. Validate and, if needed, update the detailed design document to reflect test findings.

Equipment acceptance testing began 11/21. Non-production traffic simulation testing runs for 30 days. If successful equipment acceptance occurs then the project moves to phase 2.

In an effort to communicate what this new I-Net platform (ADVA technology) is capable of and its benefits to current I-Net users, we are interested in scheduling small group sessions with anyone interested in learning more about this new ADVA DWDM platform. We will also schedule a 1:1 technology meeting with each customer group to answer your team’s questions and to discuss details necessary to ensure the successful integration of your existing network connection into the new I-Net.
