Services Offered

King County Community Service Centers (CSCs) offer services on behalf of several agencies. The following is a brief overview of the most popular services we offer and what you will need to bring with you. For additional information, please contact the site you intend to visit.

Hours for some Community Service Centers will change effective April 29. Check location hours before you visit.

Concealed Pistol License Renewal

NOTE: This service is no longer offered at Community Service Centers.
Permit holders must contact the King County Sheriff's Office to renew.

Marriage License

What to Bring

  1. Both applicants must be present to apply
  2. Driver's license or other current photo ID
  3. Payment

How to Pay
$64 in cash or local personal check with ID

Pet License

  1. Application or renewal card
  2. Proof of spay/neuter, if applicable
  3. Proof of senior citizen status, if applicable
  4. Payment

How to Pay
Cash or local personal check with ID

  • $15 - Juvenile pet
  • $30 - Spayed or neutered adult pet
  • $60 - Unaltered adult pet
  • $15 - Senior citizen
  • $5 - Replacement tag

Property Tax Payment

  1. Payment coupon or printed statement from King County Treasury Operations
  2. Payment

How to Pay
Local personal check or money order. No cash payments accepted.

How to Pay
Two separate payments required per application.

  1. Application fee to U.S. Department of State (paid via personal check or money order)
  2. Execution fee paid to King County Finance (paid with a separate personal check, money order, or cash)
