- Turn left at the end of the ramp
- Proceed to the third stoplight at NE 145th St.
- Turn right on NE 145th St. and proceed half a block to the Northshore Public Health Clinic
- The CSC is located just inside the clinic building
From I-405 Southbound - Take exit 22 (NE 160th St)
- Turn right at the end of the ramp
- Proceed to the second stoplight at NE 145th St.
- Turn right on NE 145th St. and proceed half a block to the the Northshore Public Health Clinic
- The CSC is located just inside the clinic building
From SR 522 Northbound (Lake City Way/Bothell Way) - After Kenmore and before entering Bothell, turn right at 96th Ave. NE
- The road passes through Wayne Golf Course and becomes 100th Ave. NE
- Turn left at the first stoplight (NE 145th St.) and proceed a half-mile
- Turn left into the Northshore Public Health Clinic parking lot
- The CSC is located just inside the clinic building
From Kirkland - Take NE Market St. north to Juanita-Woodinville Way (NE Market St. becomes 100th Ave. NE)
- Turn right and proceed approximately one mile
- Turn left at the stoplight for NE 145th St.
- Turn right into the the Northshore Public Health Clinic parking lot
- The CSC is located just inside the clinic building
