Schedule

Wednesdays and Thursdays, 12:00 noon to 7:00 p.m.

Closed 3:30-4:00 (staff lunch)
Closed for 15-minute staff breaks at 1:45 and 5:30
*Since this site is staffed by one person only, we are required by federal law to close for these periods. To preserve the full break allowance, staff may stop service intakes up to 15 minutes prior to breaks. Passport applications will not be accepted for those arriving after 6:45 p.m. Thank you for your understanding.

Driving Directions

From I-405

- Take exit 23 (SR 522, Woodinville/Monroe)
- From SR 522, take the second exit (NE 195th Street/Duvall) and turn right at the end of the ramp
- Continue on 195th Street for 3.7 miles (street becomes Woodinville-Duvall Road), past the stoplight at NE 182nd Avenue
- On the right, you will see a sign for Zip Market and Deli
- Turn into the parking lot. The CSC is at the far end of the building under the blue and white sign

From Eastbound SR 520

- At the end of the freeway in Redmond, the road will curve left and become Avondale Road
- Continue 5.8 miles north on Avondale Road
- The CSC is on the left, immediately before the intersection of Avondale Road and NE Woodinville-Duvall Road

From Duvall

- Travel west on NE Woodinville-Duvall Road to Avondale Road
- The CSC will be on the left

From Kirkland or Juanita

- Follow the I-405 directions, or from SR 202 (Woodinville-Redmond Road NE), take NE 124th Street to Avondale Road
- Turn left on Avondale Road and proceed to the intersection with NE Woodinville-Duvall Road
- The CSC will be on the left
