Project summary

This project will remove existing non-functional irrigation system and related safety / trip hazards in place of system replacement. Project will incorporate LEED / sustainability issues and associated cost savings. Project will abandon the existing irrigation system and remove all safety / trip hazards, provide drought-tolerant landscape enhancements, especially in areas receiving foot traffic, and perform an arborist’s evaluation on all mature trees to identify general health and remove / prevent possible limb hazards / etc. The site contains a significant number of mature and juvenile madrones, along with mature conifers.
