This special study analyzed the major drivers of costs of adult secure detention in the county's two jails, the King County Correctional Facility in Seattle, and the Regional Justice Center in Kent. Presented January 28, 2003.

District Court Revenues

I-Net Performance Measures (Consultant)

The consultant established a task force to develop performance measures, performance benchmarks, and a data collection plan for the King County Institutional Network (I-Net). The consultant also updated a market assessment of I-Net by surveying current and potential customers to evaluate the market and demand for I-Net products and services. Presented September 26, 2002.

Facilities Management Fund

This financial related audit reviewed the Facilities Management Fund to determine if it met the goals of increased accountability and visibility of costs for landlord services provided to county agencies. The audit focused on the rate models that established charges for those services and the assumptions used to set the target fund balance. Presented May 29, 2002.
