Harborview Ninth and Jefferson Building

Currently under construction. Occupancy of some floors begins in Spring of 2009. This building will house the key County functions of the King County Medical Examiner, ITA Court and the STD Clinic along with a wider variety of labs and clinics that are a function of HMC.

Maleng Building at Harborview Medical Center

The Maleng Building at Harborview Medical Center was completed in June 2008. Construction was managed by the University of Washington Capital Projects office. King County worked on this in partnership with Harborview and University of Washington.

Chinook Building

The Chinook Bluilding was completed and occupied in the summer of 2007.

Goat Hill Garage
