Facilities Management Division, Major Projects OfficeThe mission of the Major Projects Office (MPO) is to effectively and efficiently deliver projects in excess of $10 million for the Department of Executive Services, Facilities Management Division in accordance with public policy mandates of King County government; facility needs of employees; and for overall utility of the community. Major Projects Office, projects past and present The Major Projects Office (MPO) manages a variety of projects often providing enhanced workspace, LEED certification and much needed space. A wide range of projects and budgets are managed under the MPO and over the coming years it is estimated that MPO could be responsible for over $700 million in capital projects.
