Overview

This class provides technical information for registering, posting, verifying, and troubleshooting data updates to the King County GIS Spatial Data Warehouse (SDW). A review of the organization of the SDW will be included.

Audience

Posting Data to the King County GIS Data Warehouse has been designed for enterprise and agency GIS data stewards, but the information covered may be useful for anyone using or maintaining King County GIS data.

Goals

  • Students will learn the basics of working with KCGIS data stored in ArcSDE databases.
  • King County GIS data stewards will learn how to provide updates to the Spatial Data Warehouse using StewardTool.
