Parcel Viewer is an easy to use application that allows you to search for and display information about real property parcels in King County. With Parcel Viewer you can:
- Search by address
- Search by parcel number
- Search by street intersections
- Explore the map and select properties
- Retrieve complete Assessor Property Characteristics report for a property
- Retrieve the Districts & Development Conditions report for a property

- Start Parcel Viewer
- Choose a navigation tool (zoom in, zoom out, pan) from the toolbar to the right of the map. Zoom in will be turned on at first. Drag a box on the map to zoom in to that area.
- Choose the Search Menu to enter an address, parcel number or street intersection
