Parcel Viewer : Interactive mapping tool with intgrated property search. Search by address or parcel number, or navigate the map and click on parcels to retreive information. KCGIS Property Report: The GIS Center receives a copy of the King County Assessor's database once per week and offers this property report of Assessor's information. This property report includes search by address, parcel number and condo name as well as links to many other King County or local jurisdiction resources. This is a great place to start your search for property information when you already know the parcel number or address, but don't really need to see it on a map.
KCGIS Districts and Development Conditions Report: This report integrates with the KCGIS Property Report to provide detailed information on electoral, planning and administrative districts and designtaions. Like the KCGIS Property Report, it includes search by address, parcel number and condo name as well as links to many other King County or local jurisdiction resources.
Assessor's data, comparable sales, quarter section maps and appraisal information: The King County Assessor's Office web site lets you view and download Assessor data, research comparable sales, view parcel boundaries, dimensions, right-of-ways and easements on quarter section maps, and access other information related to property appraisals and assessments. The KCGIS Property Report links directly to these reports and maps.
Property Taxes: The King County Treasury operations web site offers property tax statements, payment options and other tax inforamtion. This site requires a parcel number for the property of interest. The KCGIS Property Report links directly to this report, providing the parcel number.
Recorded documents: deeds, plats, surveys, etc.: The King County Recorder's Office scans and records all official documents pertaining to property definitions and ownership. These documents can be viewed and downloaded. The KCGIS Property report links to the relevant documents on this site.
King county DDES (Planning, permitting, zoning): The King County Department of Development and Environmental Services (DDES) is responsible for zoning, land use and permitting for all areas in unincorportated King County. The DDES web site offers, among other things, an online report of permitting activity for parcel in unincorporated King County. The KCGIS Property Report links to this permit history report. For parcel located within an incorporated area, the local jurisdiction is responsible for this information. Many local jurisdictions in King County offer this information on their websites, and the KCGIS Property Report links to their site when possible.
