KCGIS Center Services Available

KCGIS Center Client Services provides a wide variety of on-demand services to customers who need short term or specialized GIS support.

The types of on-demand GIS client services we provide include:

  • GIS consulting, GIS needs analysis/system planning, and GIS implementation management
  • GIS database design & maintenance
  • GIS application development and conversion
  • On-site GIS support (help desk, tutoring, one-on-one training, desk-top GIS support)
  • GIS mapping and data spatial analysis
  • Custom publication quality cartographic product development and production support
  • GIS data development/maintenance and GIS data exchange/format transfer services

Our Client Services group also offers three additional specialized services:

  • GIS Training: Low-cost ESRI-certified and custom training classes in our Seattle GIS Center training facility or on-site in client offices. For more information, see our Training page.
  • GIS Data Distribution: We publish low-cost data CD’s on a quarterly basis to make KCGIS data available to public agencies, businesses, and the public at large. We also provide custom GIS data and imagery on CD’s, DVDS, or other media. For more information, see: our Data Distribution page.
  • GIS Services Express: We provide access to a variety of our client services offerings at reduced rates for customers who can commit to buying blocks of service. This program is called GIS Services Express. For more information about this program, contact the KCGIS Center.
