Welcome to the Property Tax Online Payment Website
Property tax statements for 2015 were mailed on February 13. First half 2015 taxes are due or must be postmarked by April 30, 2015 to avoid delinquency charges. Prior year delinquent payments may be made at any time. Second half 2014 property taxes were due or must have been postmarked by October 31, 2014 to avoid delinquency charges. Payments made after this date will be charged late fees. To make online payment(s), go to the King County E-commerce Property Tax Web page. It may take up to a week for your property tax payment to be reflected in our records after we receive it. Even after we show your account in PAID status on our website, if your bank rejects the transaction, it can be reversed off of our system once we are notified. It is the responsibility of the taxpayer to confirm successful posting with their bank. If you pay online by electronic check (debit to your checking account), you should see this reduction in your bank account within three business days even though our system may not yet reflect the payment.
