DCHS boilerplates

DCHS has five standard contracts, referred to as boilerplates, that are used to contract with agencies for services. Below is a brief description of each boilerplate and when it is used, as well as a link to the document.

  1. Agency Services Boilerplate

Used when contracting with agencies when the amount of the contract is for $25,000 or more in service.

  2. Special Projects Boilerplate

Used when contracting with an agency for services with a contract value under $25,000. This contract is somewhat simpler than the Agency Services boilerplate because of the lesser funding amount.
