ABT Operations & Change Management Committee (6 Members) Role: Advise the ABT Program Manager. The committee monitors the business process changes and the ABT scope, schedule and budget. It is the first level of the governance structure that identifies and resolves issues, in accordance with the process specified in Section 5.0 of the ABT Program charter. Members: Comprised of the ABT Deputy Program Sponsor, Department of Executive Services division directors and representatives from the Office of Information Resources and Management and the Office of Management and Budget. Representatives of the separately elected official and executive branch departments will be added over time, depending on the schedule for agency implementation. Representation required by Charter: - Committee Chair and ABT Program Manager
