Program update - Spring 2008

We recently completed the ABT Program’s High Level Business Design (HLBD) which is the third stage of the program’s five stages. During the HLBD, we held work sessions with county designated employees, who we called Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), in the areas of finance, human resources, payroll and benefits. The ABT Program staff collected business process information from these functional areas and when feasible, demonstrated to the SMEs how their business process would be addressed by Oracle and PeopleSoft modules.
