Program update — Fall 2009by Manny Ovena, ABT Program Manager With all Accountable Business Transformation Program (ABT Program) fit/gap sessions completed with countywide agencies, we are now in the configuration and development stage. For the Human Capital Management (HCM) Project, the ABT Program Team and our system integrator, CIBER, Inc., completed the human resource conference room pilot sessions which demonstrated business process changes within the new PeopleSoft HCM system to human resource staff members.All Accountable Business Transformation Program (ABT Program) fit/gap sessions have been completed with countywide agencies. The ABT Program Team and our system integrator, CIBER, Inc., are now in the process of developing fit/gap requirements analysis documents and the development planning which leads to configuration and development — the next stage in this implementation.
