Community Service Office (CSO) Program
The Community Service Office (CSO) Program is staffed by PHNs (Public Health Nurses) located in 10 CSOs across the county.
Client services include:
- Pregnancy testing
- Emergency contraception
- Female condoms
- Male condoms
- Help making appointments
- Linkage and referral to family planning services
- Linkage and referral to other services such as maternity support Services, abortion services, adoption services
- Reproductive and sexuality health education
Community outreach:
- Outreach to men and women receiving Medicaid
- Outreach to men and women eligible for Medicaid
