Walk-in clinic for STD evaluation and HIV testing

Monday, Wednesday-Friday, 7:45 AM - 6:30 PM
Tuesday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Walk-in patients are advised to arrive at the clinic before 3:00 PM. We can usually see all patients who arrive before 3:00 and sometimes take additional walk-in patients after 3:00, but it is hard to predict.

If you want to be seen on a walk-in basis, it is best to call the clinic at 206-744-3590 and ask if we can serve you. If we cannot see you that day due to large volumes, we will let you know and suggest an alternate time that may work better.

Fees are based on income using a sliding scale. NO PERSON WILL BE DENIED SERVICE BECAUSE OF INABILITY TO PAY. Patients may be charged a minimum fee of $15. Fees will be discussed with the provider you see.

To help speed your visit with the Public Health STD Clinic, you may download and print the following documents (PDF format,) fill them out, sign where appropriate then bring them with you:

Print out the Client Registration Information Form then fill in the blanks and sign the bottom.
Read the online Notice of Privacy Practices (NOPP) then print out the NOPP Acknowledgment Form then sign it to confirm that you have read the NOPP.

Anonymous or confidential HIV & STD testing focused on the needs of gay and bisexual men. Free service however donations are gladly accepted.
