Fortunately there are many sources of low cost lifejackets, also known as personal floatation devices (PFDs), that meet federal safety standards.

• Seattle Parks and Recreation will hold sales of low-cost lifejackets on Saturdays from 10 am – 2 pm at Evans Pool on: May 19, June 16, July 21, August 18, and September 15, 2012.
