- Property has been determined to be unfit for occupancy. Post copy of Decontamination Order and red tag property with the following sign:
- Send cover letter with Decontamination Order to property owner and carbon copy:
- Local Code Enforcement or Building Department
- Local police
- Washington State Department of Health
- Puget Sound Clean Air Agency
- Other parties with property interest
- File Decontamination Order with property records at King County Division of Records and Elections (Department of Information and Administrative Services.)
- Is property owner complying with the requirements of the Decontamination Order? (Yes or No):
- Yes, property owner is complying with the requirements.
