Schools program
Public Health - Seattle & King County's school program reviews and approves new school sites and plans for public and private schools kindergarten through high school grade 12. Pre-opening inspections are completed to assure the school is built to the minimum standards required by Washington Administrative Code WAC 246-366. Periodic inspections of the schools are conducted when requested by the school authorities.
