Here's how to find the restaurant you're interested in:
Enter all or part of the restaurant's name in the Business Name field.
If you wish to further limit your search, you may also enter all or part of the address or city.*
Click on the Search button.
For an expanded search, try entering just the first 3 letters of the name and leave the address fields blank, then press the Search button. It will generate all of the businesses that begin with those 3 letters.
*The more specific & correct information you can put in the boxes, the more specific the response to your search will be.
Sounds Like:
You can search for and find a restaurant even if you are not sure of the correct spelling of its name. Put a word you think is close to or sounds like the restaurant you're trying to find in the Business Name box. Then, click on the "sounds like" button (a will appear in the "sounds like" box) and click on Search. A list of restaurants with names that sound like the word you entered will appear.
For example: Put in Hoggin Dos in the Business Name box, click on the "sounds like" button, and press Search. The restaurant you want, Haagen Dazs, will be in the list that comes up.
When you have incomplete information, use the "Wildcard:"
The "wildcard" lets you find the restaurant you are looking for even when you have only partial information. Here's how to use it:
The "wildcard" symbol is: %
Put this wild card (%) in the box with the information you do know. It can go either before or after the information.
Hit "Search "
For example: Let's say you ate at a restaurant on Main Street in Bellevue, but you can't remember its name. Put %Main in the address box and Bellevue in the city box, and hit Search. A list of food establishments on Main Street in Bellevue will come up.
