Regular health care providers provide childhood immunizations.
Public Health centers provide childhood vaccines on a sliding fee scale. No child is turned away without receiving the required vaccines due to an inability to pay.

ALGONA/PACIFIC
Good Samaritan Mobile Health Services Contact: Robin Peterson 253-697-4010 Puyallup Valley Medical Building 1322 3rd St SE Puyallup, WA	Every Tuesday from 10 am to noon and 1 to 5 pm; check calendar online for more dates and locations	All childhood vaccines recommended by CDC and required for school attendance, including varicella vaccine. No appointment necessary. Also offer total health screenings. Call 253-697-4010 with questions. This free program is provided for all families on a drop in basis. If someone other than the parent accompanies child, parent must have received Vaccine Information Statements for each vaccine to be given and have signed a Public Health Dept. consent form. Please bring immunization records. Please be prepared to wait.

Evergreen Healthcare Access Program Lake Washington Technical College Health Room (W101) 11605 132nd Ave NE Kirkland, WA 98034 Contact: Cherie Green 425-739-8400	Year Round Clinic Site Monday - Friday 9 am – 5 pm	DTaP, IPV, Hep B, MMR, Td, Tdap, and Varicella. No Meningitis Vaccines Evergreen Healthcare Access Program offers childhood immunizations to families in Northshore and Lake Washington school districts. There is a $10 administration fee. This fee may be waived for families who are unable to pay. No one is turned away. Appointments are required.
