Public Health - Seattle & King County

Public Health STD Clinic at Harborview Medical Center

We are changing to electronic health records

On Thursday, April 30, 2015, the STD Clinic will begin using electronic health records. The new electronic system is reliable and secure. The system will:

  • Keep your health records safe and private
  • Make it easy to make an appointment
  • Let your providers coordinate your care

The STD Clinic will be closed Wednesday, April 29, 2015 to prepare for this transition. During the month of May, the clinic will not have as many walk-in slots or appointments available as staff learn the new system. Your wait at the clinic might take longer than usual. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your patience and understanding as clinic staff learn to use the new electronic health record system.
