Events and updates

• Provide training and technical assistance on REACH Model to clinics, community based agencies, faith settings, and small businesses.
• Promote health via primary prevention activities, including physical activity, nutrition and stress management.
• Impact the social and physical determinants that bring about these disparities through advocacy and collaborations.
• Develop digital stories to mobilize communities to action to improve our environments.
• Work with restaurants, corner stores, and farmer's markets to improve the food environment in the communities we serve.
• Partner with the WA State Diabetes Network to develop/support policies that will improve the lives of people with diabetes as well as prevent the disease.

Coalition Meeting

REACH Coalition meeting are held monthly on the fourth Thursday of the month from 3:00-5:00 pm. The meeting location is International Community Health Services (ICHS) at 720 8th Avenue S., 2nd Floor Conference Room. For more information, please contact the REACH Program Manager at 206-263-8192.
